Hemav Link
What is HEMAV link?
It is the program used to send images captured by the multispectral sensor during flight over a crop.
Hemav Link Download
To download Hemav Link, we need to go to the agromom website, log in, and once logged in, we’ll need to click on our user which will show the following dropdown menu. Click on Hemav link and a compressed folder will be downloaded, which we’ll need to decompress and find the hemav_link.exe file and execute it.
Once we run the hemav_Link.exe file, the following will open:
In which the username will be the same as the one previously set in agromom (The dealer’s corresponding username and password).
Match day selection
Once we have logged in, the following screen will appear showing all the duty periods that are in post-flight (Duty periods will not appear until they have changed from pre-flight to post-flight).
Para seleccionar la jornada simplemente le damos doble click. La columna id será la misma que la jornada creada en AgroMOM.
Once the workday is selected, we will select the folder or folders that we have generated in all the flights of this same workday. It is important that these folders have not been modified or renamed, that they are all from the same workday, and that the images we upload are all from the same date, since if they are from different dates, we would have to generate a different workday. (1 workday per client and day), (In case you want to upload more than 1 workday per day, it is possible).
After completing all of the above, we will begin the upload.
Upload images
Once we click on start upload in the previous step, these images will be uploaded to our servers. HemavLink will upload flight by flight and will check if the images were previously uploaded. If you want to cancel, close HemavLink using the X in the top right corner.
Upload complete
If the upload was successful, this dialog will appear with the total number of uploaded images.
First-use problems
It’s the first time I start HemavLink and the process gets stuck while reading the images.
This problem is due to missing libraries needed for HemavLink to work correctly. To fix this, download the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 package. You can download it from the following link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145
Select Download, then select the vc_redistx86.exe file and install it. Once installed, restart the computer and launch HemavLink again.
Common Problems
Empty folders, without images or do not select folders that start with 00XSET(X=any number starting from 0)
There are multiple matchdays in the same folders. This can be solved by selecting only the folders corresponding to the matchday. In cases where they are in the same folder, we would need to separate them and upload the different matchdays separately.
Upload is stuck or progressing very slowly. First, we will check the internet connection. We will close the program and run it again. If the problem persists, contact technical support.
Not all images have been uploaded. Some images may not correspond to the selected session, may not have the proper format, or may be missing some Micasense tags.
Other problems, Close the program safely (If possible) and contact technical support.
Uncommon problems
If no problems are found other than those previously cataloged:
– Send an email to digital@hemav.com indicating the status of the program, possible cause of the error, or if there is any abnormal situation in this particular upload.
– Attach the program log to the email. This is the “teut_32-log” file located in the same folder where HemavLink is installed.
– Attach screenshots if deemed appropriate.
